Michael Carrigan began his Business Consulting career in 1980 working
at the time with MD‘s, Dentists and their staff. His early work focused
on streamlining operations and increasing profitability through staff
awareness and teamwork. Over the past 25 years he has helped hundreds of
businesses from many industries re-examine how they approach their
marketplace and by designing and implementing new plans to attain their
goals.
These industries include Advertising, Civil Engineering,
Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Real Estate, Title &
Escrow, Graphic Design, Manufacturing, Legal, Construction, Marketing
Development, Medical and various Startups.
“The Enrollment Conversation”
is a course/training program that transforms one‘s ability to generate
new clients or customers. Michael learned much of his ability to enroll
new clients from his father at an early age. His father, a consultant
and coach himself taught him a specific enrollment conversation that
when used with a potential fee based consulting client, results in their
desire and willingness to hire you on the spot. Much of his practice is
now dedicated teaching this method to others.
